He is particularly interested in exploring the role of technology in delivering high quality curriculum and learning experiences that are memorable and help learners to achieve their best. Though his subject specialisms lie in music and primary maths David’s focus is on embedding technology across every subject to raise standards for every student.

Elin Hofstad is a Norwegian-based teacher, an Apple Professional Learning Specialist, and a Learning Specialist at Showbie.
Elin's edtech journey began in the classroom, where she skillfully integrated iPads and Showbie into her teaching practice. This experience sparked her passion for enhancing education through technology, leading her to earn her APL Specialist accreditation in 2017.
Elin has since shared her expertise widely, mentoring many educators and leading numerous professional learning sessions to support the effective use of technology in teaching and learning. In 2021, Elin brought her wealth of experience to Showbie, where she now assists educators in optimising their tech usage and personalising learning with Showbie.
John is the Director of Innovation at the Royal Grammar School Worcester Family of Schools. He is an Apple Distinguished Educator and classroom teacher, as well as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. John has experience of working in the state, independent and international sectors and regularly delivers presentations on AI, EdTech, CPD, digital strategy, leadership and management both in school and to national and even global audiences. He has written for publications such as the TES, BETT Newsletter and Independent Schools Magazine and holds an MA in Educational Leadership and Management. John has a firm understanding of the incredible difference leadership, research and innovation can make to teaching and learning and has a proven track record of successfully project managing shifts in culture to ensure meaningful change.
