iPhone Pre-Order Update

We are currently awaiting our initial fast order shipments from Apple Distribution. Once these are with us in the next couple of days we will allocate to pre-orders in the order in which they came in.

As such it is not likely that we will be able to give you a more accurate ETA on your order until the evening of the 21st and into the morning of the 22nd Sept. All pre-orders will receive updates by midday on the 22nd Sept.

Tracking Form

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If the track order button doesn’t appear to load order details after the initial button press, please press the button a second time.

Processing – This means that the order is waiting for us to process the order. 

Awaiting Dispatch – This means we have confirmed your order and it is awaiting dispatch. If an item was not in stock at time of ordering it will stay at this status until stock becomes available.

Backordered – This means that the product was out of stock when you placed your order. Typically these orders ship in. 2 – 6 weeks
