Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is organised and administered jointly ALBION COMPUTERS PLC and Barclays Partner Finance Ltd (‘Barclays”).

2. This offer starts on 5 December 2011 and ends on 7 January 2012 inclusive and is applicable to purchases made by qualifying end-user customers resident in the United Kingdom via participating Apple Premium Resellers in the United Kingdom.

3. This offer enables a qualifying end-user customer to make a qualifying purchase on the consumer financing terms below, subject to acceptance of a valid offer of the finance option offered by Barclays: 0% interest over 10 months with no deposit with full payment for the qualifying products purchased to be completed by the end of the 10 months promotion period.

4. To qualify for this offer, customers must make a qualifying purchase (as defined below) during the relevant offer period AND qualify and obtain the financial services provided by Barclays.

5.  A qualifying purchase for the purposes of this offer is as follows: Any Apple computer and/or any iPad with a retail value of no lower than £529 including VAT, purchased with or without any Apple branded hardware accessories or software.

6. This offer is not valid with the purchase of used, refurbished or demonstration equipment.

7. All offers of finance are subject to acceptance by Barclays. ALBION declines any and all responsibility in relation to the credit analysis and resulting contractual obligations. 8. Local sales tax, VAT, and all other applicable taxes and levies will apply to all orders and shall be payable by the customer.

9. Deliveries will only be made to home addresses in the United Kingdom.

10. This offer is valid in conjunction with other Apple offers on condition that the purchase is made in compliance with Clauses 4 and 5 of these terms and conditions.

11. The closing date for this promotion is 7 January 2012. Customers must have placed their qualifying purchase and have completed their application for financing with Barclays by midnight on this date.

12. This offer is void where prohibited by law or where otherwise restricted.

13. Please keep a copy of the terms and conditions, your invoice and the documents relating to the consumer financing application for your records.

14. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information in this document is accurate. ALBION is not responsible for printing errors.

15. This offer is open to end user customers only. Apple Resellers, Retailers or Distributors or companies engaged in the leasing or hiring of Apple equipment are not eligible for this offer.
