Albion Service Guarantees

Provisioning
Albion guarantees that, providing your line will support the requested speed, your SDSL service will be installed and working within 15 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays). If we fail to meet this commitment we will refund your connection charge in full.

Enhanced Care
Enhanced Care comes is available at £33 on SDSL lines, with a one working day repair guarantee. If we fail on this commitment we will refund you twice the downtime.
