During the first 10 days of service on ADSL MAX the line speed will
regularly change, resetting the connection to the exchange every time.
You may experience intermittent service during this period for that reason we
are unable to report a fault. This is the MAX service settling down to achieve
the best rate possible.
Top speeds can vary significantly, in particular because of a user's distance from their local exchange.
Albion Service Guarantees
Provisioning
Albion guarantees that, providing you don't have DACS on your line and there
is capacity at the BT exchange, your broadband service will be installed and
working within 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays). If we
fail to meet this commitment we will refund your connection charge in full.
Enhanced Care For only £12 per month Albion will add Enhanced Care to your broadband line. We will guarantee to fix any Broadband fault within 1 working day and promise to keep you updated with progress. If we fail on this commitment we will refund you twice the downtime.
